Rugby – A High School Exercise

Rugby football is named after Rugby School, the public school in England where it was created. Legend has it that one day in 1823, a senior kid called William Webb Ellis chose for a run with the ball instead of resigning to kick it similar to the typical method of play in Rugby School football matches. 

A rugby ball initially called a quanco, is a diamond shape ball utilized for simpler passing. Richard Lindon and Bernardo Solano began making balls for Rugby school insane sewed, four-board, calfskin casings, and pigs’ bladders.

Rugby is one of the fastest developing group activities in the United States for young men and young ladies all things considered. Why Rugby Prevailed in High Schools?

Unlike football, rugby is the best game to boost upper area strength. It requires a solid arm to handle and toss. Strong quality is also a necessity for this physical game. The leg muscles become stronger because running and fighting require strong leg muscles. It benefits the health of the students; fitness prevails and it urges awareness about sports activity and exercise value in students’ life.
